The Print Room Exhibition

The Print Room Exhibition       
23rd April – 7th June 2013

featuring work by Julia Foster, Sarah James, Tosca Lahiri, Moya Lloyd, Brian Mclaughlin, Margaret Richmond, Bridget Robertson, Luane Steele and Ann Walker


at the Foyer Building exhibition space, City Learning Quarter, Old Hall Street in Wolverhampton (opposite Sainsbury's). 


The exhibition showcases the work of eight artists who have taken part in the Printmaking course taking place at Wolverhampton Adult Education Service with tutor Ann Walker. The techniques they have used include linocut, monoprint, photograms, Chine-colle, sunprints, collagraph and mixed media combination prints. The work explores memories, history and poetry with artists using layering and a variety of experimental processes, giving intriguing insights into their autobiographies.

The exhibition continues until the 7th of June.  It is open from Monday to Thursday from 9am – 8pm and Fridays from 9am –4pm with the exception of Half Term week beginning 27th May when it will be open Monday to Friday from 9-4pm.
